neurological exam and pain assessment, Back/Neck Epidural Steroid
injection, Facet Joint injections, Radiofrequency Ablation,
Occipital Nerve Injections, Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks for RSD,
Stellate Ganglion Blocks for RSD, Intercostal Nerve Block for
Chest wall & Abdominal pain, X-ray guided Nerve Block for
post-back surgery, Peripheral Nerve Block, Celiac Plexus Block
for Pancreatic Cancer & Abdominal Pain, Implantable pumps and
permanent epidural catheters for chronic intractable pain, Spinal
cord stimulators for Lumbar Radicular pain, Sacro-iliac Joint
injections for back/hip pain, Trigger Point Injections for Muscle
aches and fibromylagia and Temporomandibular Joint Injection.
The procedure can be performed in either the procedure room at my
office or at our surgery facility, OMNISURGI Center. Once
the patient is prepped, a local anesthetic injection is
administered to the intended site. With the use of the
fluoroscope machine x-rays are taken to insure the exact
location. Once established the steroid is injected. The patient
will be able to walk out after recovery and in a day should be
capable of performing their daily functions at a healthy
capacity.
